Assistance provided with adult incontinence products, nutritional supplemental drinks, health related items, and food tailored to their need. If physically disabled or no transportation, we may have an option for a monthly home delivery of food.

An all-volunteer team serving by providing person to person support & encouragement with the H2H connection for self-sufficiency through home visitations or the Growth Personal Development Coaching Program in the City of Fairfax area. Food Pantry + Senior Pantry + Baby Cuddles Pantry + Homeless Blessing Box + Funding Emergency Financial Assistance on a case-by-case basis.
